Thursday Programs, 11:00 a.m.:

August 5 - "MACRAVEN" - Piano and cello combine to weave musical threads throughout instrumental gems.

August 12 - "Sea Stories-Adventures of Teaching on US Navy Ships" - Samantha Warber will tell stories of adventures on the seas and give an overview of the program through which she taught sailors.

August 19 - "Summertime Sampling" - Deanna House will combine food preparation and humor in such a unique way in her presentation.

August 26 - "Blue Lake Radio" (10:30 a.m.) - Foley Schuler will tell us about the man behind the voice of Blue Lake Public Radio.

Special Events

August 17 - "Lights-Camera-Action" - The Film Industry in West Michigan - Executive Director of West Michigan Tourist Association and Film Commissioner with WM Film Office Rick Hert will present on a program on film making in West Michigan - 5:00 p.m.

August 24 -August Birthday Luncheon for all members who are celebrating a birthday in August.
