Guarantee Policy
The Women’s City Club must be notified of the approximate number
of guests At least 14 business days prior to the event and a
guarantee count seven business days prior to the event. You will be
billed for guaranteed number of guests, or number of actual
guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
Price Quotations
Price quotes, verbal or written, until a contract is signed, are
subject to change. A 20% service charge and 6% sales tax will be
added to the food and beverage items. If your group is tax exempt, a
copy of the certificate must be provided before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Events which are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date
may be Charged 50% of the total food bill based on the guaranteed
count.
Plated Entrée Selections
Plated entrée events are required to be limited to 2
choices, with the exception of vegetarian and children’s entrees,
with the host providing a place card and/or ticket stating the
entrée choice. Choice must be clearly visible to the service staff.
Specialty cakes
Cakes not provided by the Women’s City Club will be subject to a
$.50 cake cutting & plating charge.
Food
No food or beverage may be brought into the Club.
The Women’s City Club is the sole provider of food and beverage.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve the date of your event.
50% of the total food bill will be due 3 months prior to the event.
The deposits will be deducted from the final bill.
The remaining balance will be due at the end of the event.
We accept Visa, master card, discover and American express.
Cancellation
The women’s city club requires written notice for cancellation of
an event.
Deposits for weddings and receptions will be returned when notice
is given six (6) months prior to the event.

Fees
Club Hours:
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Reservation of the Dining room, Auditorium and Wedgwood Room is
available to Club members on First Come, First Served basis at no
cost during our regular club hours.
Members’ rental fees during non-club
hours:
Entire Club Facility $750*
Desdemona’s Dining Room $150
Vandenberg Auditorium $150
Wedgwood Room $75
Non-members’ rental fees
(Member sponsored events; Club member must be point of contact
for planning and must be in attendance for run of event.)

*Includes two hours for facility setup/cleaning: $35 per hour each
additional hour.
